Privacy policy
Data we use
Mentor Invest uses your account email, entered holdings, budget, risk profile and advisor conversations to provide the service. Your data is private and never sold.
Your financial accounts
You add holdings manually or by CSV. Mentor Invest does not ask for bank credentials or directly access brokerage accounts.
Processing and protection
We use service providers to host accounts, display prices, generate advisor replies and process payments. Only necessary data is shared for these purposes. Stripe processes payments; Mentor Invest does not store your card number. Portfolio access is protected by account.
Analytics
We use Plausible to understand site usage without analytics cookies. Events contain no financial or personal information. The service receives visited pages and generic action names.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your portfolios and holdings. For requests about personal data, use the support channel in the app.
